Section 1. What we collect:
- Article 1. Registration. On registration, we store a hashed and salted password in addition to your plaintext username. If you choose to connect with Discord, we do store your Discord User ID after the authentication process is finished. We never access your phone number, 2FA token, Discord token, or any sensitive data from your Discord account. You may revoke access to your Discord account at any time either from the signed.host dashboard or from your Discord client. When logging into the dashboard from a new device, that device's IP adress is stored for your account's security ONLY and will never be used against you.
- Article 2. File uploading. When you upload a file, we store that file in combination with: i. When the file was uploaded, ii. Who uploaded the file. If you wish to delete a file, please allow up to 30 minutes for the file to be completely deleted from our service.
- Article 3. Transaction process. When you pay for the premium version of the service, the follwing data will be collected: i. email, name, surname ii. IP (Internet Protocol Address).
- Article 4. Local laws. We are required to comply with all laws of the European Union, Germany, and Greece. If we receive a legal request for data, we are required to comply with the respective authorities and will place a litigation hold on all files uploaded or modified by the subject of the investigation.We will never disclose, sell, or auction your personal data to any third party unless when it is required by law.If your access to this service is revoked, we may store some identifying information to prevent future abuse of our services.If you live in the European Union, you have a legal right to request all data that is linked to you. You also have the legal right to request all data about you to be deleted from our service. Note that this process takes time and effort, so it will not be instant. Contact any staff member in order to be assisted with it.Some United States of America State privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) create specific privileges for state residents.
